• CoffeeBot Loyalty Rewards is applicable at SELECTED locations only. 
• Individual may only hold one(1) account of CoffeeBot Loyalty Rewards at a time.
  CoffeeBot Loyalty Rewards grants you the right to purchase credit package, deals and promotions. The specific benefit of CoffeeBot Loyalty Rewards is subject to availability and change.
• Complimentary beverage is equivalent to 10 points
• Credit and Reward points in CoffeeBot Loyalty Rewards is strictly non-transferable to other member or account.
• CoffeeBot Loyalty Reward points will be issued by CoffeeBot Holdings Sdn Bhd and reward to member’s account in accordance with Terms & Conditions.
• CoffeeBot Loyalty Reward points issued by CoffeeBot Holdings Sdn Bhd are not exchangeable for credit or cash.
• Should there be any failure payment on the purchase, CoffeeBot Holdings Sdn Bhd demands an official e-mail; and refund will be issued in form of points within three (3) working days.
• CoffeeBot Holdings Sdn Bhd reserve the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at its absolute discretion without prior notice.
